    EXKYZ treats all Data concerning Visitors with the strictest confidentiality.

    Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module SHOPIFY PAYMENTS. Only SHOPIFY PAYMENTS has confidential information, inaccessible by a third party.

    We do not collect Special Categories of Personal Data (this includes details of your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information relating to your health, genetic or biometric Data). We also do not collect information relating to criminal offenses or convictions.

     

    3.3. Data Recipient

    The Data is intended for EXKYZ, its internal support services as well as service providers and any subcontractors and third parties with which the company EXKYZ could maintain commercial or contractual relations within the framework of the use of the Website.

    Never, EXKYZ does not give, sell or rent its Databases to any organization or third party.

    3.4. payment service provider

    Transactions carried out on the Site are secured by the SHOPIFY PAYMENTS payment system, a payment module from Shopify International Limited, a private limited company incorporated in Ireland under registration number 560279, whose registered office is located at 2nd Floor Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland .

    All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

    This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. At no time do the customer's bank details pass through the computer system of EXKYZ.

    EXKYZ is not responsible for any losses that the User may suffer in the event that the payment method information provided by him is incorrect. Likewise, EXKYZ is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the User in connection with fraudulent use of payment methods by Visitors or third parties who use a false identity.

    SHOPIFY PAYMENTS being a payment module of the company SHOPIFY, the latter does not support disputes related to Orders, which are handled directly by EXKYZ or, where applicable, by the User's bank.

    3.5. Data retention period

    Your Personal Data will be kept for varying periods, depending on the purposes for which they are collected.

    • Data necessary for the management of Orders: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship;
    • Data required for invoicing: ten (10) years for accounting obligations.
    • Data necessary for carrying out loyalty actions and prospecting: for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.
    • Data linked to the Personal Account: until the Subscriber deletes his Account. EXKYZ will effectively delete the Data 15 days after the deletion of the Account in order to allow the Subscriber to recover them in the event of an Account deletion by mistake.

    These deadlines may be longer if the regulations so require.

    In addition, it is specified that Personal Data collected for several purposes will be kept until the end of the longest storage or archiving period.

    Visitors' data will not be kept beyond the time strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as set out herein, in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. The data retention period is determined in accordance with the legal retention periods in force and in particular the limitation periods in force. The User's data is erased when the retention periods expire. Nevertheless, the data may be archived beyond the durations provided for the purposes of research, observation, and the prosecution of criminal offenses for the sole purpose of allowing, as needed, the provision of this data to the judicial authority.
